TABLE OF CONTENTS:
Hijack Poker requires location access to verify that you are eligible to play. If location services are blocked in your browser, you may not be able to access real-money games.
Follow the steps below for your browser.
Google Chrome:
1. Open Location Settings
- Click the slashed map pin icon on the right side of the address bar
2. Allow Location Access
- Select Always allow to access your location
- Click Done
3. Confirm the Change
- The map pin icon should no longer have a slash
4. Refresh the Page
- Refresh the Hijack Poker web app and try again
Firefox:
1. Open Location Settings
- Click the slashed map pin icon on the left side of the address bar
2. Remove the Block
- Click the X beside Blocked
- Refresh the page
3. Allow Location Access
- Check Remember this decision
- Click Allow
4. Confirm the Change
- The map pin icon should no longer have a slash
Safari:
1. Open Safari Settings
- Click Safari from the top menu
- Select Settings
2. Open Website Permissions
- Go to the Websites tab
- Click Location
3. Allow Location Access
- Find the Hijack Poker website
- Change the permission to Allow
4. Refresh the Page
- Return to the Hijack Poker website
- Refresh the page
Microsoft Edge:
1. Open Location Settings
- Click the map pin with an X icon on the right side of the address bar
2. Allow Location Access
- Select Always allow to access your location
- Click Done
3. Confirm the Change
- The map pin icon should no longer show the X
4. Refresh the Page
- Refresh the Hijack Poker webpage and try again
Still Not Working?
If location services still are not working:
- Make sure your device is physically located in a supported area (Texas)
- Restart your browser
- Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version
- Try using a different supported browser
- Ensure your internet connection is stable
